Our 2022 Member Belonging Survey revealed that nearly nine percent of those who responded to the survey had a disclosed disability. In addition, many coaches have stated they service clients with disabilities or serve as allies to those with disabilities. Disabilities are diverse and come in different forms, such as visible disabilities, including visual or hearing impairment, and non-visible such as neurodiversity. No matter the type of disability a coach or client may have, it is essential to have the knowledge, skills, and tools to provide support successfully.
